Heron 56m² with deck 24m² and carport 24m². 2 bedrooms, shower/toilet and lounge.
Crane 33m² Living room/bedroom, shower/toilet, kitchenette.
Weaver 33m² Living room/bedroom, shower/toilet, kitchenette.
Robin 17m² Bedroom and shower/toilet.
Oriole 47m² with 2m² entrance porch. Part timber and part brick large living room, bedroom alcove with shower/toilet.
Hoopoe 76m² with veranda/deck of 16m². Timber frame construction. Offers 2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower/toilet. Rustic but appealing.
Barbet 17m² Bedroom and shower/toilet.
Kingfisher 89m² with a covered veranda of 25m². 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room, small study nook.
Dormitory 288m² and covered braai area of 57m². Double storey which offers kitchen ablutions and shower blocks with large bedrooms. Could be considered back packer type accommodation which is well suited to large groups of travelling workforce.
Lodge rooms 110m² inclusive of dedicated ablutions, communal passage and linen storage area. Offers 4 rooms which are fully furnished with good quality fittings.
Facilities section:
Main lodge area 226m², entrance portico 44m² with deck under tent of approx 72m² as well as deck under fylon and wattle “inthingus” at 180m². Offers appealing reception area with fully equipped kitchen, pantry, consumable store, lounge, TV room and dining room. There is an attached cold room, additional prefab type ablution block attached as well as sauna, Jacuzzi and pool area which have been effectively rendered part of the lodge. There are partly open sided timber Lapa’s which have been combined for use as chapel, but are well suited to a myriad of functions related activities.
Utilities section:
The subject property has extensive staff utility buildings as well as improvements that serve as storage and to service the requirements of the operation. Includes a fairly large corrugated iron roofed and cladded workshop of 240m². There are also staff rooms and ablutions.
