Hi, I am Sharon Cockerell and my property career has spanned over 30 years.
I am an experienced residential freehold and sectional Title specialist. Over my career I have worked in a variety of price segments, through changing markets which has equipped me with a broad property knowledge, in different landscapes and an invaluable network of clients.

Property is in my family with both my father and grandfather having been in this industry, with a family business where it all began in the late 1990’s. I have the ability of being able to combine my love of sourcing properties for clients as well as selling homes and I am always inspired by having satisfied clients and much referral business.

I spent valuable years from 2007 when I joined Tyson Properties in their Westville office, where my family reside and where my son was schooled, with much repeat business , which continues. Since 2021 I moved to the North Coast covering Umhlanga, Sibaya and Umdloti, and now my areas are Ballito, Chakas Rock, Salt Rock and Sheffield Beach and all surrounds.

Continually striving to learn I completed a Property development and Investment diploma with UCT online in 2018.

The North Coast is a dynamic developing area, the likes of Seaton, Zululami, Elaleni, Simbithi and Zimbali Estates , offering wonderful and secure lifestyles with many amenities and access to the warm Indian Ocean beaches.

My achievements have been numerous over my 18+ years with Tyson Properties.

I have a love of the ocean and the outdoors and enjoy an active lifestyle on the North Coast.
