Selwyn Rautenbach, a dedicated father of three wonderful boys and an internationally qualified fitness professional. My passions include surfing, fishing, and spending quality time with my family, all of which keep me grounded and motivated.

Throughout my diverse career—from panel beating and spray painting to cosmetics consulting, professional dancing, home loan consulting, and gym ownership—I’ve developed a unique skill set that blends leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship. I’ve built 13 gyms and created ergonomic products for children, experiences that have taught me the importance of understanding my clients’ individual needs.

My philosophy is simple: “Understanding my clients’ individual needs by listening is the key to success.” This mindset has served me well in the wellness industry, and I’m excited to bring it to the world of real estate with Tyson Properties.
