A bit of history...... I joined the Property Division of Standard Bank in May 1988, where I worked my way through various departments until end of 2010, obtaining promotions on my journey. I was also worked at Nedbank Ltd as a Leasing Manager after which I returned to Standard Bank as a Leasing Manager. A total of 22,5 years altogether. I thereafter spent a further 7 (seven) years in the Retail Property Management sector starting my journey as a Centre Manager with Prominent Properties, JHI (as it was known then), Broll Property Group as a Centre/Property Manager of various shopping Centre's in Pretoria and Johannesburg and relocated to Kwa-Zulu Natal at the end of 2016 and joined Broll Property Group (Durban) in 2017 as a Property Manager. I joined Fundamentum Property Group, where I undertook lease administration tasks for a new Retail shopping Centre.
I then took a decision to join Tyson Properties, Umhlanga. With a NEW challenge ahead together with the knowledge acquired over the last 30 years plus and my priority being to provide top level service to all my future and present clients being both Landlord's as well as Tenants would pay off......and it did.....
I joined the "Tyson, Umhlanga Team" as a rental agent in March 2020 and took up a position at Tyson Morningside (Durban) in March 2026.
My achievements at Tyson Properties:
* I was awarded "Rookie of the year" for Kwa Zulu Natal, at Tyson's 2021 annual awards
* Received my 5 year service award in 2025
* I was awarded 4th place for rental agent at our midyear regional awards for KZN 2025
* Obtained My PPRE (NQF 5) January 2026.
